Do you review every screen?
If your product has hundreds of screens, I can’t cover them all, but more than likely I don’t need to. The biggest problems will arise from the core screens and it’s these I will look to prioritise. We'll determine together during a scoping call which screens will undergo a review to give you the best return on your investment.
How involved do I need to be?
Not as involved as you would think. I'll need you to start by telling me about your business and walk me through your product during a scoping call via Zoom. It’s important to be as open as possible about your current situation. I’ll be actively seeking out the largest issues your product has and for this, I need a heavy dose of realism from all participating.
Aside from that, I'll need you to share the login credentials for a trial or staging account. I also expect you to stay in touch throughout the process in case I have any questions.
And finally, you’ll need to set some time aside to review the work and process the findings. Following the review, we'll schedule a Q&A session so I can answer any outstanding questions you may have.
Can you provide wireframes or mockups?
The standard package doesn't include any actual “design work”. I’m helping you avoid mistakes costing you customers by identifying and resolving critical design flaws within your SaaS product.
The premium package, however, includes hands-on UI/UX work, where I implement the recommendations. It can be wireframes or high-fidelity visual designs in Figma, depending on your needs.
How long does it take?
The standard package includes an actionable UX review as described above and is typically delivered within 14-days of our initial consultation.
The premium package includes actual design work (redesign of key screens) is the most popular choice amongst my clients. This is typically delivered within 21-days of our initial consultation.
