Discovery call booked!
I’m looking forward to meeting you and discussing how we can improve your product's user experience.
What to expect before, during, and after our call
Before the call
You’ll receive a confirmation email and calendar invite shortly. I’ll be sure to review your responses before our call, so we can hit the ground running.
During the call
We’ll look at where users are struggling, what’s costing you customers, and how the design might be holding things back. I’ll also share ideas on how we can start fixing those issues.
After the call
If we're a good fit, I’ll send over details on how to move forward, what an engagement involves, timelines, and the best next steps for your business.
Questions you might have
We’ll talk through your current product, where users are getting stuck, and what might be costing you customers. I’ll share initial thoughts and suggestions based on what I see.
I work with B2B SaaS companies that don’t have in-house UX or need outside help to fix unnecessary friction in their product. Most of my clients are growing teams who want results without hiring a full-time designer.
If you can, have a product link, a walkthrough, or even just a few pain points ready. No pressure, come as you are, and I’ll guide the rest.
Usually around 30 minutes. That’s enough time to dig into the key UX issues and talk through possible next steps.
Absolutely not. The purpose of the call is to explore if there’s a good fit. If it makes sense to move forward, I’ll send over the details after we speak.
Every product is different. A call helps me understand your product and business and ensures I’m recommending the right approach and not just offering a generic solution.
