Establishing the brand identity and visual design for Manchester’s newest property development company.
As a recently established Property Development Company in Manchester, 83 Properties approached me to create their brand identity and online presence. Their vision is to provide bespoke, fully-furnished and maintained properties to their clients and this had to be reflected in the branding across their website and social media. 83 Properties want to invest in a distinguished and unique design that sets them apart and positions them well for future growth.
With the above in mind, we worked together closely during the initial phase of exploration and this established the overall direction for the project. I then set about splitting the challenge into 3 key phases with each phase driving the next – starting with Identity design, then marketing collateral, concluding with the Website Design. Throughout the design phases continual collaboration continued
The result is a strong identity that embodies ‘83’ into a single unifying and easily recognisable mark. The number is contained within a diamond shape that is both elegant and sophisticated. The mark is complemented with a unique colour palette in which the blue symbolises trust and efficiency whilst the coral, keeps it warm and inviting.
The formation of a modern single-page responsive online web design completes the identity – keeping it clean and straight forward with an easy-to-use design experience.
